Summary

(...) Order 2276/2016, of July 13, of the Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, establishing the price of the school menu to be applied during the 2016-2017 academic year in non-university public educational centers of the Community of Madrid, establishes the exemption from payment of the canteen to students who prove refugee status.
It has only been applied twice, since most students do not have this status although they are beneficiaries of international protection.

RECOMMENDATION

Amend Order 2276/2016, of July 13, of the Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, establishing the price of the school menu to be applied during the 2016-2017 academic year in public non-university educational centers of the Community of Madrid, so that the exemption from payment applies to all those who prove that they are beneficiaries of international protection, in any of its forms.
