The Ministry of the Interior has enabled a electronic headquarters from submission of reinstatement appeals from the Office for Asylum and Refugees (OAR): ‘Procedures relating to the investigation and processing of files in the field of international protection’ with the following paragraphs:

• Appeal for replenishment: with information on:

  – Access "In your own name"

  – instructions for completing the replenishment appeal form

  – IMPORTANT: INDICATIONS IN CASE OF RESOURCES PART OF A FAMILY GROUP

  –"Representative" access

• Request for correction and provision of documentation
• Application for a decision to withdraw an appeal for reconsideration
• Download of the decision to withdraw the appeal for reconsideration
• Application for a certificate certifying that the decisions appealed against have been suspended owing to silence in administrative proceedings
• Download of certificate accrediting suspension due to silence of decisions appealed in administrative proceedings
