Evolution of hate crime in Spain 2023

The Ministry of the Interior has published the "Report on the evolution of hate crime in Spain 2023', drawn up by the National Office for Combating Hate Crimes (ONDOD):

We highlight:

RACISM AND XENOPHOBIA, THE NUMBERST HATE CRIME

Hate crimes for racism and xenophobia, with 856 facts, are the most numerous and represent 41.8 percent of total complaints. It is followed by hate crimes committed in the areas of sexual orientation and gender identity (522 facts), while in third place are crimes of ideology (352 facts).
