Reception system for international protection
The Official State Gazette (BOE) has just published* paths resolutions for the humanitarian assistance programme and the reception system for international protection to be managed through concerted action, which can be seen below:
We highlight:
First. Loss of effectiveness of benefits, actions and services previously planned for the years 2025 and 2026.
Cancel the provision of benefits, actions or services for the years 2025 and 2026 of the Resolution of 14 November 2022, of the Directorate-General for Humanitarian Care and Social Inclusion of Immigration, which establishes the planning of benefits, actions and services to be addressed within the humanitarian care programme through concerted action for the financial years 2023-2026, as well as its subsequent modifications.

Third. Temporal scope.
In accordance with Article 11.2 of Order ISM/680/2022 of 19 July 2022, the duration of the planning shall be one and a half years; cover the years 2025 and the first half of 2026.

Eighth. Effects.
This decision shall take effect from the day following its publication in the Official State Gazette.

To set aside the provision of benefits, actions or services for the years 2025 and 2026 of the Resolution of the Director-General for the Management of the International and Temporary Protection Reception System of 8 November 2022, which provides for the planning of benefits, actions or structural services of the reception system in matters of international protection to be managed by means of concerted action.
