Updated list of national services responsible for border control
The Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) has just published the Update of the list of national services responsible for border control referred to in Article 16(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/399 of the European Parliament and of the Council on a Union Code on the rules governing the movement of persons across borders (Schengen Borders Code):

The publication of the list of national services responsible for border control referred to in Article 16(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/399 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 establishing a Union Code on the rules governing the movement of persons across borders (Schengen Borders Code) (2), is based on the information notified by the Member States to the Commission in accordance with Article 39 of the Schengen Borders Code.
In addition to the publication in the Official Journal, the information is regularly updated on the website of the Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs.
