Management of the reception system for international protection through concerted action

The Official State Gazette (BOE) today publishes the Order ISM/309/2025 of 26 March, amending Order ISM/680/2022, of 19 July, implementing the management of the system of reception of international protection by means of concerted action.

(...) it is necessary continue to introduce further improvements in the functioning of concerted action. One of the main complications in the implementation of the concerted action is the high administrative burden linked to regular cost justifications.. Since 2023, the reception system and humanitarian care programme have grown steadily, so the periodic justification of costs incurred is an increasingly burdensome and complex process. Therefore, this Order amends paragraph 3 of Articles 16 and 17 of Order ISM/680/2022 of 19 July 2022; to expedite the justifications. In any case, this amendment does not undermine the monitoring and control of the concerted activity, since the information of the periodic justification is now required in the final justification.
