III Action Plan (2025-2028) to combat hate crime

The Ministry of the Interior has published the III Action Plan (2025-2028) to combat hate crime, drawn up by the Oficina Nacional de Lucha contra los Delitos de Odio (ONDOD).

El III plan prioriza la asistencia a las víctimas, la prevention and the persecución de los delitos de odio.

Se refuerza la colaboración internacional and the uso de la tecnología para frenar los discursos de odio en línea.

Las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado intensificarán la lucha contra los delitos de odio en los eventos deportivos, con especial atención en el fútbol.
