Extension of agreement Instituto Cervantes and Spanish Red Cross teaching Spanish courses for migrants
The Official State Gazette (BOE) today publishes the Resolution of 30 April 2025 of the Technical Secretariat-Generaland publishes the Addendum of extension to the Agreement between the Cervantes Institute and the Spanish Red Cross, in the educational and cultural field, for the delivery of Spanish courses for migrants, of which we highlight:

I. That the Instituto Cervantes and the Spanish Red Cross signed an agreement on 2 June 2021 with the aim of collaborating to facilitate the learning of Spanish by migrants supported by the Red Cross, through courses in Spanish as a foreign language that the CI would organise for this purpose.
II. That this agreement is in force until 3 June 2025 and both parties have reached an agreement to extend this collaboration for a further 4 years.

CLAUSES
First. Extension of the validity of the agreement.
By this addendum, the parties agree to extend the agreement signed on 2 June 2021 and in force until 3 June 2025 for a further four years, until 3 June 2029.
Second. Inalterability of the other clauses of the agreement.
The agreement remains unchanged in the rest of its clauses.
Third. Effectiveness of this Addendum.
This addendum is perfected from the date of signature of the last of the signatories and will be effective from its registration in the State Electronic Registry of Organs and Instruments of Cooperation before the termination of the agreement. This addendum will also be published in the Official State Gazette.
