DGSJFP resolutions September 2024

The Ministry of Justice has published the Resolutions of the General Directorate of Legal Security and Public Faith relating to the month of septiembre de 2024, which can be downloaded below, addressing aspects such as, among others:

Resoluciones de la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública del 1 al 30 de septiembre de 2024

• BIRTH, RELIABILITY AND ADOPTION: late birth registration; inscripción de adopción nacional e internacional
• NAME AND SURNAME: surname regime for aliens who have been nationalized; régimen de apellidos de los españoles
• NATIONALITY: Acquisition of Spanish nationality: Acquisition of nationality of iure soli origin and by law 52/2007 from historical memory (Acquisition of Spanish nationality of origin-Annex I Law 52/2007); acquisition of nationality by option (by parental authority, Art. 20-1a CC; by child of Spanish origin, Art. 20-1b CC); conservación, pérdida, renuncia nationality; recovery nationality; territorial jurisdiction in nationality files; expedientes de nacionalidad, alcance de la calificación (art.27 LRC); caducidad de la concesión of Spanish nationality
• MARRIAGE: registration religious marriage celebrated abroad; prior file for the celebration of civil marriage: Marriage Authorization; issue of a certificate of matrimonial capacity; registration marriage celebrated abroad by Spanish / naturalized foreigner;
• RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER OF REGISTRATIONS: rectification of errors; cancellation of nacimie's registrationnto;
• PROCEDURE AND OTHER ISSUES: an appeal brought by means of a representative; archiving of the file, expiration due to inactivity of the promoter Art. 354 CRR; other matters, resources into which the object has fallen o en los que se aprecia vicio de incongruencia
• ADVERTISING: publicidad formal – expedición de certificaciones y consulta libros del registro
