The Office of Foreigners in Valencia (Government Delegation in the Autonomous Community of Valencia) has just updated the information on aliens, INCLUDING THE INSTRUCTIONS AND MANAGEMENT CRITERIA OF THE STATE SECRETARIAT FOR MIGRATIONS sobre el nuevo Reglamento de extranjería y las fechas de tramitación -grabación y resolución o revisión- por tipo de autorización (actualizado a 31/03/2026), as well as a notice on the renewal of DANA residence permits, which we transcribe below, recommending to see the section of ‘Most common procedures’ (pages 15 to 69):

NEW:
ON RENEWAL OF DANA RESIDENCE AUTHORISATIONS:
On page 75 of this brochure you have the instructions you need to follow in order to renew your authorisation. Please note that you have 2 months before and 3 months after the expiration of your current authorization to perform this procedure.
Please note that the application must be sent to the Aliens Office where you are currently registered, regardless of whether the initial authorisation was obtained in Valencia.
